About the role

The Recruitment & Client Success Manager leads a team of recruiters, ensuring high‑quality delivery, efficient processes, and excellent client experiences. This role balances operational excellence with people development to meet both client expectations and business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to achieve high performance, engagement and retention.
  • Monitor recruiter KPIs, conduct regular 1:1s, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Own delivery efficiency across all assigned roles, maintaining accurate pipelines in HubSpot and RecruitCRM.
  • Drive conversion from role launch to placement, ensuring timelines and service‑level agreements are met.
  • Identify recruitment risks, apply corrective actions, and escalate operational or client issues appropriately.
  • Analyze lost deals or revenue gaps with the Account Manager to implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure high‑quality candidate sourcing, screening and client endorsement while meeting 48‑hour delivery standards.
  • Monitor client feedback, address complaints promptly, and protect client satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering against KPI targets.
  • Strong coaching, performance‑management and people‑development skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast pipelines and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
