About the role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in Durban. The position offers a negotiable salary and requires a candidate who can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Computer literate with proficiency in email, internet browsing and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well within a team and also operate with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s licence and confidence in driving a manual vehicle safely.
- High integrity, resourcefulness, reliability and a polished professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational and logical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.
- Proactive work ethic and problem‑solving ability, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
