About the role

We are seeking a creative and tech‑savvy Junior Marketing Coordinator to join an innovative technology company in Woodmead, Johannesburg. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with up to two years of marketing experience who is passionate about digital marketing, emerging technologies, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites and presentations.
• Assist in planning, launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and create marketing collateral such as brochures, graphics and videos.
• Support the sales team with relevant marketing materials.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools and new technologies.
• Help with website content updates and basic SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong ability to create engaging digital content.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI optimisation.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
