Information Technology Recruiter (Talent Partner – Remote)

About the role

We are an AI‑first nearshore recruitment firm helping fast‑growing US technology companies find top talent. As a Talent Partner you will own the full 360 recruitment cycle for US‑based tech clients, leveraging automation to focus on relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and qualify high‑quality tech candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Lead introductory client calls, understand hiring needs, and coordinate interview processes.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
• Utilise AI tools for sourcing, admin, note‑taking, outreach and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with international clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded, organised, proactive and comfortable with a startup mentality.
• Curious about AI‑enabled recruitment processes.
