Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner will act as the strategic link between TIENS Group’s global HR headquarters and its regional operations. This remote position supports expansion, change management, and talent initiatives across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional executives to develop workforce plans that align with expansion goals.
• Provide change‑management support during market entries and organizational shifts.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Global HQ HR and local entities.
• Deliver data‑driven people insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and execute localized talent acquisition strategies for senior sales and leadership roles.
• Manage succession planning, conduct annual talent reviews, and create upskilling programs.
• Oversee onboarding experiences tailored to regional nuances.
• Implement adapted corporate appraisal systems and coach managers on performance enablement.
• Drive a high‑performance culture aligned with Tiens Group’s values and direct‑selling model.
• Monitor labor‑law developments, resolve employee‑relations issues, and advise on compensation localization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a Regional HR Business Partner.
• Experience in a multinational corporation with matrix reporting structures.
• Background in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail is highly preferred.
• Unrestricted legal authorization to work and travel across the assigned region without sponsorship.
