Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Consultant to join Belgravia Resourcing as a founding team member. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound sourcing for the Built Environment sector, working remotely and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily high‑volume outbound calls to identify and book screening interviews with candidates.
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline through headhunting and sourcing.
• Write and publish compelling job adverts to attract high‑quality talent.
• Record outreach activity, call notes, and meeting outcomes in the sales platform.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine communication scripts, objection handling, and call strategy.
• Participate in regular sales and recruitment training sessions.
• Achieve and exceed weekly metrics for calls, connections, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Proven success with outbound cold calling and business development.
• Strong appointment‑setting ability and track record of winning and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication, rapport‑building, and objection‑handling skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and competitive.
• Experience recruiting for UK‑based SMEs is a plus.
• Interest or background in the Built Environment sector is advantageous.
