Remote ABA Therapy Recruiter (US Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Recruiter to support a US‑based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. The role focuses on filling new therapy cases within 24‑48 hours, working EST hours from South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to candidate applications on Indeed.
• Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapist positions.
• Fill new cases within 24‑48 hours of receipt.
• Send onboarding documentation and follow up for timely return.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance.
• Hand off completed cases to the on‑shore staffing team with full information.
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in ClickUp, Viventium, and Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Organised, communicative and able to thrive under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps fibre) and backup power solution.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑6 PM EST (including SA and US public holidays).

Required skills

• Experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with ClickUp for task management.
• Knowledge of Viventium HR platform.
• Use of Microsoft Teams for communication.
