Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in hospitality subjects.
• Develop, update and assess curriculum and learning materials.
• Maintain accurate student records and perform administrative duties.
• Utilise relevant computer software for teaching, assessment and reporting.
• Monitor and improve student throughput and pass rates.

Required profile

• NQF Level 8 hospitality qualification (essential).
• Registration with ETDP SETA as an Assessor (beneficial).
• Scoped by CATHSSETA (beneficial).
• Minimum 5 years of practical hospitality industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of lecturing or teaching experience.
• Proven record of student success and high pass rates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality‑related computer software.
• Strong administrative and curriculum‑assessment knowledge.
