About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Food & Beverage Host and be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our dining venues. You will help create memorable moments by delivering attentive, courteous service and supporting the smooth operation of the food and beverage department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the overall service flow of the food & beverage area, ensuring guest requests are handled promptly.
- Respond to guest enquiries with a positive attitude and timely solutions.
- Execute assigned duties efficiently, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Support departmental plans, targets, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal audit requirements.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and find creative solutions.
- Personal integrity and a drive for excellence in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Experience with IT systems on various platforms is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
