Project Manager – Hotel Portfolio

About the role
The Project Manager will coordinate and drive the successful execution of strategic and operational projects across the Newmark Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Working closely with the Operations Director and leadership teams, you will ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Define, assign, monitor and complete project tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Serve as the central point of coordination within the PACER project management system.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and maintain visibility on project progress, risks and actions.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, supplier, training and corporate teams to align project outcomes.
- Occasionally travel domestically or internationally to support project activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing projects in a hospitality or related environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
