About the role
Neolith, a global leader in sintered stone surfaces, is looking for a Business Developer to promote its premium architectural products in Johannesburg. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, building brand awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Actively promote Neolith products to customers in‑store or at designated sales points.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by engaging customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, including revenue forecasts, to senior management.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to marketing and sales teams.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and emerging industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, sales outcomes, and customer feedback using Salesforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales.
- Experience in natural stone, architectural products, or interior design is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Microsoft Office.
