FMCG Key Account Manager – Retail Channels

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, hands‑on FMCG Key Account Manager to support and grow our pharmacy and supermarket retail channels. The role is operationally focused, ideal for someone with practical FMCG retail experience who enjoys detailed execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retailer listings and ensure accurate product placement.
• Oversee replenishment processes and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Drive sell‑through management and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide forecasting support to align supply with demand.
• Coordinate distribution centre (DC) flow and logistics.
• Administer retailer systems and monitor stock flow.
• Handle day‑to‑day retailer administration and operational follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or supporting pharmacy and/or supermarket retail accounts.
• Essential FMCG experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Operational and execution‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
