About the role
As a Business Consultant for the SMB segment, you will partner with South African businesses to transform how they attract and hire talent through Pnet’s platform. You will play a key part in driving growth and delivering value to our clients while contributing to the overall success of the Pnet business.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage high‑quality leads using a variety of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Prospect, cold‑call, and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking, and upselling opportunities.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting via the CRM system.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to improve performance and results.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales track record with a strong ability to cold‑call and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to articulate solutions persuasively.
- Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
