Warehouse Operator – Operations (Contract Logistics)

About the role

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join its Operations team in Centurion. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service while meeting key performance indicators within the admin department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dealers with queries such as pictures, ETA's, POD's, stock availability, self‑collections, invoices and credit notes.
• Call dealers daily to resolve outstanding issues and strengthen relationships.
• Verify incoming shipment details, check invoice numbers and extract part numbers and quantities.
• Compile weekly cage reports and statistics for supervisors and managers.
• Prepare stock‑take reports and ensure end‑of‑day data is submitted on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Strong customer/client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and follow email and telephone etiquette.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.
