Vaccine Services Administrator – Pharmacy Department

About the role
The Vaccine Services Administrator will support the Vaccine Services Team within the Acute Pharmacy Department of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, the role ensures smooth administrative operations for the vaccine programme across NHS Grampian.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Vaccine Services Team.
- Coordinate with Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants to maintain an efficient vaccine service.
- Manage documentation, scheduling and inventory related to vaccine delivery.
- Handle correspondence and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Required profile
- Previous office experience in a similar environment; NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficient IT skills for office applications and data handling.
