About the role
We are looking for an experienced Unit Manager to lead our Emergency/Trauma unit in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on delivering safe patient care while overseeing clinical and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safe patient care by meeting clinical quality standards and company policies.
- Manage and mitigate clinical risks within the unit.
- Lead, coach and manage the unit’s staff.
- Control operational and capital expenses in line with budget guidelines.
- Promote a positive client experience and support inter‑departmental outcomes.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Nursing Diploma or Degree.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma & Emergency Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a private hospital.
