Tuckshop Assistant (Fixed-term) – Rosslyn

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Tuckshop Assistant to manage the daily operations of our on‑site shop in Rosslyn, where we sell Sasko Bread to staff and visitors. This fixed‑term position involves handling stock, maintaining a tidy environment, and supporting the overall retail experience while upholding PepsiCo’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Run the shop day‑to‑day, ensuring smooth sales and customer service.
- Count and reconcile stock daily, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels to guarantee sufficient stock on the floor.
- Keep the shop and display areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with weekly stock checks and update spreadsheets.
- Maintain vigilance to minimise stock loss and take responsibility for discrepancies.
Required profile
- Matric qualification; Math Literacy or Mathematics preferred.
- Basic experience with Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for stock tracking and reporting.
