Training Consultant

About the role

As a Training Consultant you will lead the coordination, development and delivery of training initiatives across the organisation. You will ensure that learning solutions are relevant, engaging and aligned with business and client needs while supporting the Training, Development and Recognition Department.

Key responsibilities

• Set up training sessions – book rooms, invite delegates and presenters, manage attendance and training registers.
• Deliver training presentations, answer participant questions and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training standards and records, including test results and evaluation data.
• Provide general administrative support to the department via email and telephone.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely delivery of recognition materials.
• Oversee design, rollout and maintenance of the "Power Hour" training program.
• Stay updated on new learning methodologies, technologies and industry trends.
• Review and approve PowerPoint presentations and other training materials for quality, clarity and brand consistency.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of training modules to keep them effective.
• Serve as the primary contact for training‑related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating and delivering corporate training sessions.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external clients and delegates.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Interest in continuous learning and staying current with training best practices.
