Operations Trainer

About the role

WNS South Africa, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider operating since 2003, is hiring an Operations Trainer. The purpose of the role is to deliver product and technical training to assigned operational business units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new starter training, as well as refresher, up-skilling and cross-skilling training.
• Complete assessments for all training events and provide remedial support to delegates before re-assessment.
• Capture learner records according to Ucademy requirements, complete annual training reports, maintain delegate attendance registers and update the operational skills matrix.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry (essential).
• 1+ year of experience as a trainer.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring.
• Train the Trainer, Accessor and Moderator qualifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work afternoon and night shifts, Monday to Sunday on rotational shifts, and to live in or have fibre internet access.
