Lead Associate - Process Training

About the role

WNS, part of Capgemini, is looking for a Lead Associate for its process training function in Cape Town. The role works with Ops and Training Leads to define training needs and run training sessions, supporting new hires and front-line associates.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Ops and Training Leads to determine training needs.
• Conduct virtual and in-person classroom training sessions.
• Prepare fit-for-purpose learning material.
• Support and mentor new hires and in-production front-line associates.
• Plan and schedule training sessions, and design and implement training programs.
• Select and book venues if needed.
• Track, record and present employee attendance and required performance metrics using the relevant tools.
• Manage attendance and retention of trainees during the session.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• At least 3 years of overall work experience.
• 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong work ethic, will-to-win attitude, personal excellence, growth mindset and ability to live the company values.
• Able to handle unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change.
