Technical Support – Senior AML Administrator

About the role

This position is for a Senior AML Administrator within the Technical Support department of a leading investment services firm. The role combines regulatory compliance work with operational support for a new iDCRM platform, ensuring client records meet both internal and international AML/CFT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic AML risk assessments in line with regulatory standards.
• Collect, verify and assess CDD/EDD documentation, including source of funds and wealth.
• Update client and introducer records in the new iDCRM CRM system.
• Liaise with clients and introducers to maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Support broader business projects to uphold AML/CFT legislation.
• Ensure all activities follow company AML procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree qualification and/or recent AML/Compliance certification (within 4 years).
• Strong knowledge of international AML/CFT regulatory standards.
• Proven experience in CDD/EDD processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Proactive, solutions‑driven attitude with high integrity.
