About the role
We are seeking a self‑motivated Technical Support Engineer to deliver professional ICT support across the organisation. The role involves maintaining network infrastructure, assisting with application upgrades and ensuring reliable technology services for all staff.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain network equipment and connections.
- Assist with the implementation, development and upgrading of business applications.
- Liaise with external service providers to manage ICT services.
- Prepare and support meetings, conferences and venue setups for internal and external events.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the ICT Manager on all technology‑related matters.
- Ensure high‑quality ICT services are delivered consistently to all employees.
Required profile
- Relevant IT certification or diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 365.
Required skills
- Network installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with routers, LAN/WAN and Active Directory.
- PC setup, maintenance and issue resolution.
- Application implementation and upgrade support.
