Talent Co-ordinator

About the role

The Talent Co-ordinator will support the implementation of talent and success management initiatives for the business unit and country. Working closely with HR teams, line managers and the Communications team, the role ensures vacancies are filled efficiently and talent development plans are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely talent and success management data.
• Collaborate with HR, Capability and Talent Specialists to improve recruitment and talent processes.
• Coordinate country engagement plans, 360‑degree feedback, and employee experience surveys.
• Prepare and publish vacancy advertisements bi‑weekly and manage appointment and resignation communications.
• Support the implementation of training and engagement plans, ensuring data integrity.
• Track and report on BBBEE, localisation and diversity targets.
• Lead annual graduate recruitment across tertiary institutions and monitor progress of MDP, apprenticeship, EIT and management trainee programmes.
• Assist in the preparation of change‑management communication toolkits and the annual People Balance Sheet and Talent Review process.

Required profile

• A degree in Psychology, Industrial‑Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant registration or professional qualification in the chosen discipline.
• Experience collaborating with HR, communications and talent development teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, reporting and process improvement.
