Talent Co-ordinator – Talent & Success Management

About the role

The Talent Co-ordinator will support the implementation of talent and success management initiatives across the business unit. Working closely with HR, line managers and the Communications team, you will help attract, develop and retain a diverse pool of skilled talent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, timely talent and success management data.
• Collaborate with HR and Capability & Talent Specialists to improve processes and reduce time‑to‑fill vacancies.
• Coordinate country engagement plans, 360‑degree feedback and employee experience surveys.
• Advertise vacancies on multiple channels and prepare related communications.
• Support the rollout of training and engagement plans.
• Prepare change‑management communication toolkits and decks.
• Lead the annual talent review and people balance‑sheet processes.
• Track and report on BBBEE, localisation and diversity targets.
• Manage graduate recruitment programmes and monitor progress of apprentices, MDP, EIT and management trainees.

Required profile

• A degree in Psychology with registration as an Industrial‑Organisational Psychologist, or a related bachelor’s degree with a psychometric qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR or talent‑management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience using online recruitment and networking platforms.
