Systems Administrator – Ensure Stable IT Infrastructure

About the role

You will be the go‑to professional who keeps the organisation’s IT systems running smoothly and securely. The role requires proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and a commitment to continuous learning in cloud and automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.).
• Perform regular system backups and conduct disaster‑recovery testing.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including patching, antivirus, and firewalls.
• Support network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud environments.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing servers and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
