System Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

About the role

We are seeking a senior System Engineer specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to own and evolve our IAM/IGA platforms. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with global teams to ensure secure, reliable access across all applications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for IAM/IGA platforms, guaranteeing availability, performance and reliability.
• Provide end‑to‑end L2/L3 support, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve provisioning, connector and SSO issues.
• Design and maintain scalable IAM architecture, defining JML flows and provisioning models.
• Engineer and optimise APIs and connectors, ensuring data integrity between HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow and SaaS applications.
• Lead implementation of access request workflows, certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Manage system health, job execution, platform upgrades and environment configurations (DEV, UAT, PROD).
• Identify automation opportunities, standardise IAM processes and improve audit readiness through reporting and system‑driven controls.
• Provide guidance to analysts and engineers and liaise with vendors such as Omada and Microsoft.

Required profile

• Proven experience with IAM/IGA tools (Omada, SailPoint or Saviynt) focusing on workflows, connector management and certification.
• Strong background in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, group management and conditional access.
• Hands‑on experience with visibility and automation tools like Lumos.
• Deep knowledge of IAM technical layers, identity lifecycles and runtime access enforcement.
• Demonstrated ability to design robust APIs and connectors for system integration.
