Store Manager – Showroom

About the role

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the entire Twyford showroom in Ghana. You will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with key industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations, ensuring brand standards and a premium customer experience.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and satisfaction targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor and motivate a team of sales consultants and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product display, and showroom cleanliness.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, developers and other key clients.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to guide inventory planning and commercial decisions.
• Oversee after‑sales service, including custom orders, delivery coordination and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a major building‑materials or home‑improvement chain.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales forecasting, inventory management and margin control.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long‑term client relationships.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment; experience in Africa is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
