非洲业务总监（Country Manager）

职位概况
负责在非洲目标国家从0到1搭建业务体系，推动充电桩、微电网、储能、光伏项目落地。
主要职责
- 制定并执行当地市场的中短期业务战略。
- 拓展核心客户和渠道，建立与政府、金融机构的合作。
- 提供技术与商务方案，保障项目交付与运维。
- 提升公司品牌，监控竞争动态并输出分析报告。
- 组建并管理本土化团队，推动中方与本地人才融合。
任职要求
- 本科以上，电气工程或相关专业优先。
- 5年以上新能源项目开发经验，具中资企业驻外经历者佳。
- 熟悉非洲投资环境、劳工法、税务及电力准入规则。
- 精通英语或法语，可作为工作语言。
- 能够长期在非洲工作（每年至少10个月）。
必备技能
- 电力系统与微电网技术
- 光伏储能与“光储充”一体化方案
- 财务分析与项目IRR测算
- PPA、融资租赁等金融工具
