About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Business Development Manager based in Johannesburg. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and shaping effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Johannesburg business market is highly beneficial.
• Experience in the brokerage or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
