About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Business Development Manager based in Johannesburg. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and shaping effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Johannesburg business market is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the brokerage or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
