Pharmacy Sales Representative – Western Cape

About the role

The Pharmacy Sales Representative will create and execute sales plans to grow Kenvue’s pharmacy portfolio across the Western Cape. Working fully remotely, you will engage with existing and potential healthcare customers, deliver tailored presentations and maintain strong relationships to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Execute customer orders through the Wholesaler Customer Database.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new and existing pharmacy healthcare professionals.
• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc sales presentations and training engagements tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to co‑create customized sales campaigns and support materials.
• Visit customer locations (or remotely gather intelligence) to monitor order status, assess competitive activity and collect market insights.
• Negotiate visibility agreements and coordinate with third‑party service providers to activate point‑of‑sale displays.
• Prepare detailed sales activity reports, analyse performance metrics and contribute accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Experience engaging with pharmacy healthcare professionals and building long‑term partnerships.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and product teams.
• Competence in gathering market intelligence and reporting sales performance.

Required skills
