Stock Control Administrator

About the role

The Stock Control Administrator supports stock, procurement, receiving and quote validation across multiple entities. The role ensures that all stock‑related documentation, approvals and system entries are accurate, complete and compliant before processing. It is a high‑volume, detail‑driven position within the logistics support structure.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate quote requests against stock availability, quantities and supporting documentation.
• Verify completeness and readability of Oracle IDs, delivery notes, invoices and related documents.
• Identify and flag discrepancies such as over‑ordering, pricing errors, VAT issues or unsupported stock requests.
• Liaise with resorts, stock controllers, procurement, finance and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Return incomplete submissions with clear corrective actions and maintain accurate audit trails.
• Support GRV/ROG readiness by confirming alignment of documents and approvals.
• Assist with stock‑take controls, tracker updates, exception follow‑up and reporting.
• Escalate repeat non‑compliance, urgent risks or unresolved issues to the appropriate lead.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good administrative discipline and document control.
• Ability to follow SOPs consistently and apply process rules.
• Confident in questioning, returning or escalating incorrect submissions.
• Effective communication with resorts, suppliers, procurement and finance teams.
• Capacity to handle high volumes and strict turnaround expectations.
• Ownership of allocated work and accountability for results.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle or similar procurement/finance systems.
• Familiarity with Vento, Nebula or other stock/POS systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.
