About the role
Our client based in Gauteng urgently requires the services of a skilled and experienced HRD Manager.
Required profile
- Degree or Technikon Diploma in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualifications
- 8 years relevant experience in Mining Technical Training, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Understanding of the South African Legal Framework and Labour Legislation impacting Human Resources Development
- Blasting certificate or Engineering Trade certificate
- Management of the HRD Department and maintain/improve relationships with internal and external customers
