Social Media Manager

About the role

HLTH is looking for its first dedicated Social Media & Community Manager to own and grow the brand’s organic presence. You will shape the strategy, create the content calendar, produce posts and short‑form videos, and nurture the community across platforms, with Instagram as the primary focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, defining audience, role and KPIs for each.
• Plan, schedule and publish content in line with product launches, campaigns and brand moments.
• Concept, shoot and edit short‑form video and graphics, using tools such as Capcut.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions – responding to comments, DMs and mentions in the brand voice.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and algorithm changes, turning insights into timely native content.
• Track core metrics, report performance and run experiments to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, product, brand and leadership teams to align social efforts with business goals.
• Assist in sourcing influencers, ambassadors and user‑generated content creators.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on social media management for brand accounts.
• Deep, current knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube formats, best practices and algorithms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Proactive, high‑energy mindset suited to a fast‑moving, high‑standards environment.

• Capcut (video editing)
