Producer

About the role

As a Producer you will lead regional delivery for a major global brand, overseeing the creation and localisation of high‑volume assets across multiple languages, channels and markets. You will manage a team of Integrated Project Managers, set campaign timelines, track progress and act as the primary point of contact for production stakeholders throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, ensuring all localised assets meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain campaign timelines and pipeline forecasts to anticipate production peaks.
• Brief Integrated Project Managers on campaign specifics, review and sign off adapted timings for each market.
• Track pre‑production tasks such as translations, price validation and global master approvals.
• Serve as the main client contact for timeline and delivery queries, escalating risks and resource challenges as needed.
• Lead daily studio stand‑ups, providing direction and support to the IPM team.
• Manage project‑level budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Source and negotiate with freelancers and production partners to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Broad production experience across digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media.
• Proven track record delivering high‑volume, multi‑market campaigns in multiple languages.
• Experience line‑managing and developing production teams, both onsite and offshore.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to assess and mitigate production risk in real time.
• Clear, direct communication style and ability to build trust with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with forecasting, resource planning and tracking project burn rates.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools used to improve production workflow efficiency.
• Experience with purchase order processes and invoice management.
