Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support our U.S.-based clients from anywhere in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe. The role is fully remote and requires working during U.S. business hours aligned with each client’s time zone. You will collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to ensure timely, platform‑optimized publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media calendars and schedule posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Coordinate content approvals, publishing workflows, and repurpose podcasts, videos, newsletters, and long‑form assets for each channel.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, supporting community management and brand voice consistency.
• Track performance metrics, prepare engagement and reach reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, emerging trends, and AI‑powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate, on‑schedule publishing.
• Excellent written communication to maintain a consistent brand voice.
