Skin Therapist – Retail (Tygervalley)

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking enthusiastic skin therapists to join its retail team in Tygervalley. As a brand ambassador you will deliver Dermalogica treatments, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all Dermalogica treatments and concept procedures according to brand standards.
• Own monthly sales targets and monitor daily performance.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with product selection and follow up via phone or email after sales and treatments.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, order unpacking, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment area, stock shelves, and replenish product displays.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with at least 2 years full‑time experience.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail, proven sales track record, and confidence engaging with customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform Face Mapping and detailed skin consultations.
