Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Shift Supervisor supports the Shift Manager in daily cold‑storage warehouse operations. This position ensures that stock is handled accurately, safety and hygiene standards are maintained, and standard operating procedures are followed throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing all warehouse activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory precision.
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate receiving and dispatch processes to meet schedule targets.
• Lead and motivate shift team members, addressing any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and reports required for SOP compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics environments, preferably in cold‑storage.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
