Procurement CapEx Coordinator

About the role

Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a Procurement CapEx Coordinator to support its regional procurement team. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, bid management and capital‑expenditure (CapEx) purchasing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to issue RFQs/RFPs, vet supplier BBBEE status and manage the full bid cycle.
• Negotiate terms, select suppliers and secure contracts for capital goods and services.
• Ensure CapEx spend aligns with approved budgets, project plans and company policies.
• Maintain contract lifecycle documentation, upload files to the CLM platform and apply specialised contract frameworks (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, JBCC, MSA).
• Administer purchase orders, process changes and close POs while adhering to policy.
• Support performance reporting, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, bid management and CapEx procurement.
• Familiarity with procurement governance, risk controls and local chart of authority procedures.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage supplier relationships.

Required skills

• Contract management using frameworks such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC, JBCC and MSA.
• Use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
