About the role
The Rental Depot Operations Supervisor will lead the Inland region depot, overseeing inbound receiving, laundry, decontamination, outbound dispatch and inventory control. You will ensure ERP/WMS transaction accuracy, quality compliance and effective people management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound receiving, depot operations, laundry and decontamination activities.
- Oversee outbound dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ERP/WMS data integrity.
- Drive quality compliance and monitor performance metrics.
- Lead, coach and discipline staff while managing workloads.
Required profile
- Qualification in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, depot or rental operations.
- Proven experience in performance management and maintaining accurate records.
Required skills
- Advanced ERP/WMS experience.
