About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Service Advisor for Ford vehicles to join Lazarus Motor Company. The position starts ASAP and involves liaising with workshop customers to ensure high‑quality service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Leasing with workshop customers.
- Updating customers on progress and checking satisfaction on completion.
- Ensuring all work is carried out and charged for.
- Maintaining document control systems accurately.
- Handling cash/credit accounting to secure all payments.
- Costing job‑cards daily.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target‑driven.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Evolve/BSI systems.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor for Ford is an advantage.
- Good traceable CVP scores.
