Senior Software Developer – Technical Lead

About the role

The Senior Software Developer will lead the design, development and delivery of high‑quality software solutions for agilebridge. You will act as a technical mentor, drive architectural decisions and ensure projects meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for internal and external development teams, guiding architecture, design and implementation.
• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable, secure and maintainable software components across the full stack.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and promote best‑practice engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage project scope, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate third‑party libraries and tools, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• Recognised technology expert with 7+ years of professional experience and a strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage client expectations and deliver complex projects on time.
• Experience mentoring teams, identifying training needs and fostering a collaborative culture.

Required skills

• Proficient in C#.NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and cloud‑based deployments.
• Front‑end expertise in Angular and React.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, CQRS, event sourcing, DDD, clean architecture and TDD.
