Senior Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, data‑driven Senior Social Media Manager to own our organic social channels and scale our creator network. This senior individual‑contributor role is fully remote and operates on US work‑hour alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Pitch, brief, and edit culturally relevant organic content that aligns with platform trends.
• Collaborate with brand, creative and paid‑media teams to ensure visual consistency and leverage organic assets for paid campaigns.
• Build, scale and nurture an influencer/creator network, handling outreach, briefings, gifting, contracts and compliance.
• Establish tracking frameworks to measure influencer ROI, community growth and referral traffic.
• Manage daily community interactions, respond to product inquiries and foster a loyal brand ecosystem.
• Produce weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably with DTC consumer brands.
• Background in baby, parenting, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or premium CPG sectors is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage creator pipelines, contracts and performance audits.
• Strategic mindset that balances creative vision with data‑driven decision making.
