Senior Sales Development Representative - AI & Automation

Its client is a fast-growing AI automation startup that helps service-based businesses streamline operations and scale revenue through AI systems. The client is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote, revenue-focused role where the candidate plays a direct part in closing deals, rather than just setting appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting by call, LinkedIn and email
• Run discovery calls and qualify high-ticket opportunities
• Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to close support
• Book and run Zoom meetings with qualified prospects
• Handle objections and move deals forward
• Collaborate with founders and sales leadership
• Consistently meet KPIs for outreach, meetings and revenue contribution

Required profile

• 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to generate and close revenue, not just book meetings
• Experience managing a full sales cycle or pipeline ownership
• Experience selling AI, automation or tech-enabled services
• Background selling into healthcare, med spas or service-based businesses
• Excellent spoken and written English

Required skills

• Cold calling, discovery and objection handling
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
