About the role

OUTsurance is hiring a Commercial Client Care Advisor for its Business Client Care Department in Centurion. The role combines upselling existing clients with handling incoming calls from them, requiring high attention to detail and professional, efficient handling of client queries or complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Upsell existing clients
• Handle incoming calls from existing clients
• Manage client service actions within the Business Client Care Department
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)
• 3 years of sales or client care experience (advantageous)
• Previous commercial insurance experience (advantageous)
• FAIS accreditation (RE and Full Qualification) is essential for those who worked in the financial industry before December 2010; applicants with completed FAIS exams (RE5) are preferred
