Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex projects within a Managed Service Provider environment. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables together with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources and estimate budgets.
• Coordinate daily project activities, monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, communicate status, manage expectations and identify opportunities for added value.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, technicians and IT professionals, fostering collaboration and resolving issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, apply best‑practice methodologies and manage commercial performance against budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Continuously improve processes, stay current with MSP trends and propose service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects in MSP or similar environments.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
