Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

The Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) will design, build and maintain Sun International’s cross‑platform mobile applications. Working in the Client & Mobile Experience team, you will deliver high‑quality features for game lobbies, live betting, player wallets, promotions and responsible‑gaming controls in a regulated iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the mobile architecture and drive performance, quality and security standards.
• Develop new features and enhance existing ones for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
• Integrate REST, GraphQL and WebSocket APIs, implement caching and offline‑first strategies.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, Azure DevOps) and manage app store submissions.
• Monitor crash analytics, performance metrics and implement mobile security measures.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years of production Flutter apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as iGaming or fintech is a plus.

• Flutter & Dart (widget design, state management – Bloc, Riverpod, Provider)
• iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) platform knowledge
• API integration – REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth 2.0, JWT
• CI/CD tools – Codemagic, Fastlane, Azure DevOps pipelines
• Firebase services – Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging
• Mobile testing – unit, widget, integration tests
• Mobile security – secure storage, certificate pinning, biometrics
• Push notifications, deep linking, localisation and multi‑currency support
• Familiarity with native platform channels and app store release processes
