Remote Tier 2 IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. You will provide end‑to‑end technical assistance to a variety of clients while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support for macOS and Windows PCs, cloud services, networking, servers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain and modify client infrastructure as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls, monitor ticket queues, and create detailed notes in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with teammates via phone, chat, and video calls.
• Monitor and prioritize inbound alerts to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience with a university‑level certification in IT or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, punctual, and able to juggle multiple client requests.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
