About the role
Provide audit technical support and lead learning interventions for Deloitte Africa’s public audit practice, ensuring high‑quality audits and thought leadership in Quality & Risk.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct formal and informal consultations with engagement teams to support high‑quality audits.
- Develop and lead audit learning interventions and author or review audit support content based on ISA standards.
- Coach engagement partners and teams to improve audit file quality and drive thought leadership.
Required profile
- Registered CA(SA) with at least 7 years of experience, including 5 years client‑facing and 3 years in a management role.
- Expert knowledge of audit work processes and strong reporting and communication skills.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and familiarity with PCAOB standards.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
