Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Marketing Automation & Digital Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team and drive high‑impact digital experiences across multiple business segments and international markets. The role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, operations and technology, focusing on HubSpot and Drupal‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns in HubSpot, including email programmes, automated workflows, lead‑nurture tracks and landing pages.
• Manage forms, progressive profiling and audience segmentation to capture and nurture leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, ensure marketing database integrity and uphold governance standards for HubSpot and Drupal.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams, content creators and business stakeholders across North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing automation and website management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Comfortable working in a globally distributed, cross‑functional environment.
