Contractor Manager Marketing Fleet

About the role

The Contractor Manager Marketing Fleet reports to the Senior Manager of Gazoo Racing Fleet & Sustainability and is responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing and PR fleet to support media, marketing, events, sponsorship and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing and PR fleet management – ensure vehicle availability, allocation, utilisation, maintenance and governance.
• Plan and deliver fleet, campaign, event and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Control budgets, support procurement, optimise costs and monitor service‑provider performance.
• Maintain legislative, policy and operational compliance, managing risk and governance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle requirements.
• Lead a small team, overseeing performance, development and resource planning.
• Engage internal teams, agencies, media, suppliers and external partners to align objectives.
• Analyse performance data and produce business insights and reports.

Required profile

• NQF Level 6 qualification in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, fleet management or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and lead teams.
• Motor‑industry experience and knowledge of fleet management and marketing is an advantage.
